Where can we go on the boats?
We are a bespoke private charter business and therefor we do not have any pre-planned "routes". Chartering from Boat NPT truly is like owning a boat for the day. You go where you want, when you want. See our Destinations page for popular places to visit or anchor when you're out for the day.
Do you do multi-day charters?
Yes. Because our charter services are bespoke, we cater to our clients needs. Any questions you may have that are not answered on our website, we encourage you to reach out and speak with us directly.
How does pricing work?
Each one of our boats is priced differently. For example some of our boats can go out for 1/2 days or sunset cruises while others are for full day charters only. All pricing is clearly outlined next to each boat, but if you have any additional questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us anytime (email is always best).
How much is captain, fuel and provisions?
Going rates for captains in the Newport area run approximately $250-$350 for half-day and $500+ for a full-day, plus tip. For larger vessels with crew is upwards of $1000+ for a full day. Fuel is different for every boat, but we're happy to estimate fuel spend when you book. As for provisions, typically a captain is happy to provision the boat for you at cost or you can always just bring your own food and drinks too (just no red wine). We have a charter checklist that we always advise reviewing as you plan for your trip.
